Who am I?
I am a lifelong learner that strive to become a little wiser every day. I like to read and write. This is my passion, or lidenskap, as we say in Norway.
Here I write about and share insights I have picked up from great people, books and personal experiences along the way. About leadership, change management, innovation, psychology, product management, influencing, decision making, strategy, problem-solving and more.
I write to sort out the mess in my own head. I write to figure things out. A by-product is that people find the stuff I share helpful and inspirational which gives me more energy.
I'm Steffan Sørenes. I am a husband, dad to two girls, a boy and a dog. Haugesund, Norway.
